As the President and CEO of Republic Services (NYSE:RSG), I am one of 42,000 employees dedicated to putting sustainability in action. We view sustainability as an opportunity to help make the world a better place for future generations as well as a platform for growth. As we advance circularity and decarbonization, we’re also driving value for our business. Throughout my time with the company, we’ve grown both our team and the innovative solutions we provide our customers. Today, we offer the most complete set of products and services in the environmental services industry, providing customers a single trusted partner for their multiple recycling and waste streams. This puts us in the unique position of helping our customers achieve their sustainability goals as the world transitions to a more circular economy. Community and education are also important to me. In addition to the Republic Services Charitable Foundation, I serve on the board of Chances for Children, an organization that uplifts the children of Haiti through a variety of programs.
