I am a business leader with 30 years of experience driving growth, turnarounds, and technology adoption in the automotive and manufacturing industry. My career spans operations, sourcing, marketing, and P&L leadership across multi-location plants and joint ventures. As COO of Gabriel I scaled revenues from ₹600 Cr to ₹1,300 Cr in 3 years (2020–23) while improving EBITDA margin from 3% to 8%. I achieved this by combining cost excellence with a costing model I designed to improve price recovery, sharpen customer negotiations, and guide disciplined capital allocation. Earlier, I turned around and integrated Delphi India operations following Mahle’s global acquisition—embedding global processes, revamping technologies, and restoring profitability within 18 months. At Parwanoo, I led aftermarket excellence by implementing a demand–inventory–fulfillment system that lifted OTIF to >95% while boosting profitability. At Mando India, I expanded global supplier networks, doubling support capacities and securing technology readiness for Hyundai, Tata, and global OEMs. Beyond operations, I contribute at governance level as Director on the Board of Valeo Friction Materials India Ltd., as a member of the Anand Group Quality Council, and through industry leadership on ACMA’s Business Development Sub-Committee.
