Hold board level responsibility in building and driving IT Strategy for the bank. Vinod Kumar is the Chief Information Officer at Fino Payments Bank Ltd, and has been with the company since 2012. Fino Payments is an asset light phygital network based on Distribution, Technology and Partnership framework (DTP) based organization. A distribution network of over a million banking outlets was created within five years of operations, present across 90% of the country’s districts, bank has more than 25 million customers. He also heads Administration and Logistics divisions of the bank as additional responsibilities since 2019. Prior to joining Fino Payments Bank, Vinod was an entrepreneur in Middle East and India, CISO and IT Production head of Rakbank, Dubai, UAE, Senior VP- Dhanlaxmi Bank, AGM with ICICI Bank, Head of Technology for India- Teletech, US(TTEC), Technology Regional Head - Indusind Media and Communications, a Hinduja Group Company . Vinod Holds Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecom, MBA in Information Systems and various certifications on Cyber Security Management, Databases and Systems Development environment.
