I see the convergence of technology, free trade, and diversity as a unique opportunity to create a better world. That’s one of the many reasons why I’m honored to serve as Managing Director & GM - TE India of TE Connectivity, a $15 billion global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. As GM for the Segment of the Indian market, I am responsible for revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, investments, talent development, and operational improvement. As a leader, my objective is to maintain and increase our position in the automotive and CV OEM sectors and establish ourselves as the partner of choice. With a segment revenue above $100 million and double-digit growth, TE Connectivity today enjoys a strong position in the majority of markets, including India. To create maximum value for all of TE’s stakeholders it is essential to have skill sets such as product adoption, speed to market, design to cost, localization, and process control given the rapid change occurring in safety, emissions, infotainment, and comfort. My close interaction with OEMs, key customers, and our European team over the last two years has enabled me to gain significant knowledge as I find my experience in finance useful. I'm dedicated to improving our customers' experiences, streamlining our business processes, reducing barriers to unleash the full potential of our people, and fostering a diverse workplace where collaboration and innovation can thrive. My view is that India's sweet spot is its leadership in building inclusive public technologies as TE India grows across all spheres. However, amidst the fall of world economies, India seems to be forging its own path of growth and innovation. It is our belief that we will continue to grow and expand our business while delivering the best for TE globally.
