Warren Harris is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tata Technologies. With more than three decades of global experience, he leads a team of over 12,600 innovators shaping the future of mobility and manufacturing through sustainable engineering and digital transformation. An engineer at heart, Warren combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to deliver meaningful, measurable impact. Under his leadership, Tata Technologies continues to help customers engineer better products, improve quality, and drive sustainable progress across the mobility ecosystem. Since joining Tata Technologies in 2005, Warren has guided the company through a remarkable journey of growth, expanding its global footprint, deepening partnerships with leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, and achieving significant milestones such as the company’s successful IPO in 2023 and recognition as the Emerging Industry Leader under the Tata Business Excellence Model. Warren’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering people with purpose. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wales, Warren completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy from Amity University. From 2013 to 2016, he served on the Board of Overseers for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, where he was recognized for his outstanding contributions to organizational performance and governance.
