I have the privilege of leading the best team in retail technology. I aspire to create extraordinary results with ordinary ingredients. The right strategy, fueled by culture and executed with precision practices by an inspired team. Our team at Dollar General is focused on fulfilling our mission of Serving Others. We do this through more than 20,000 stores and we open stores in new communities every day to reach more. I serve on several boards to give back - in gratitude for the luck and grace I have received, and because I believe it’s the right thing to do. I have been leading technology and digital teams as the CIO for over 12 years, with a focus of delivery, innovation and operational excellence - at all scale. I have had the benefit of being on the executive leadership team with a "seat at the table" as I lead these teams. This gives me the opportunity to lead strategically and with the full power of the CEO and our executive team supporting our efforts.
