Alcon, the global leader in eye care, is led by Chief Executive Officer David Endicott. The organizational structure places several key executives directly under the CEO. Franck Leveiller serves as Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President, Head, Global Research and Development. Rajkumar Narayanan holds the position of President, International, overseeing markets in Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, China, Japan, and the Caribbean. Kim Martin is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Corporate Communications Officer, leading talent, culture, communication, and organization strategies across Alcon's 25,000+ associates. Heather Attra serves as Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer. The executive team also includes several direct reports leading major functions. Tim Stonesifer serves as Group Chief Financial Officer, heading the Finance function.
