Alcon’s executive leadership team is headed by David Endicott, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO are several key leaders and functions. Franck Leveiller holds the role of Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President, Head of Global Research and Development. Rajkumar Narayanan serves as President, International. Kim Martin is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Corporate Communications Officer, and Heather Attra is the Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer. The Finance function, led by Group Chief Financial Officer Tim Stonesifer, includes several regional and business unit CFOs: Cory Twining, CFA, as CFO of US Surgical; Thomas Pavlik as CFO of the Americas Region; Matias Esposito as CFO of Latin America and Caribbean (LACAR); Parthiv Mody as Head of Finance for Vision Care Manufacturing; Mo Welaya as CFO of US Vision Care; and Richard Massey, who also holds the title of Group Chief Financial Officer. The Information Technology function is overseen by Muru Murugappan, Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Transformation Officer, and Marc Raman, who serves as Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Alcon and Chief Information Officer for Research and Development and Franchises. Within the Information Security sub-function, Derek Morton is the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. The Supply Chain function includes Chief Procurement Officer Paris Watts-Stanfield, and the Operations function is headed by Chief Operating Officer Ian Bell.
