Oversee the governance and implementation of the global Enterprise and Product Cybersecurity operations and strategy. Defined and oversaw the execution of a multi-year Zero Trust Security and resiliency strategy, encompassing Identity & Access Management (I&AM), Network Segmentation, Data, Endpoint, Cloud, and Operational Technology (OT) protection. Led a company-wide Data Protection Initiative to identify and implement protection of critical data (IP, PHI, PII). Mature the cybersecurity strategy based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), and leveraging best practices such as ISO/IEC 2700 series, SEI's Capability Maturity Model (CMM), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), SANS' Critical Security Controls, etc. Oversee enterprise Cyber Threat Intelligence, vulnerability management, security operations with a 24/7 Managed Security Services Providers (MSSP), incident response and recovery operations, and forensics. Oversee Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance programs to meet compliance obligations with international and local directives/policies/regulations such as ESG, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, FDA, SOX, SEC cybersecurity reporting, etc.
