To maximize business value and further enhance the customer and employee experience, she also manages Assurant’s People Organization, and centers of excellence for Data Analytics, AI and Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Sustainability & DEI, Communications, Global Sourcing, Security and Corporate Real Estate teams.
