Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring business efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives. Driving operational excellence across project delivery and customer success, ensuring seamless coordination between technical and business functions • Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations across all divisions to ensure business continuity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and project profitability for sustainable growth. • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the GM and leadership team to execute the strategic roadmap. • Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with global policies, local regulations, and industry standards. • Resource Management: Optimize workforce allocation and manage cross-functional coordination. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks. • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Transformation Initiatives: Drive process automation, AI adoption, and digitalization for efficiency.

Appointed to lead Atos' Data & AI practice across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa — an expanded mandate covering 15+ markets and enterprise clients in government, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. Building on a 4x practice revenue track record ($5M to $20M in 18 months in the prior APAC role), the mandate is scaled enterprise AI delivery: moving clients from GenAI experimentation to production-grade deployment, standing up Agentic AI programmes, and growing the practice across a broader geography. Current focus areas: • Enterprise GenAI architecture — designing and governing production-scale AI systems for Fortune 500 and public sector clients across APAC and MEA • Agentic AI adoption — building autonomous workflow systems that reduce operational overhead and accelerate executive decision-making • AI governance and responsible AI — designing ISO/IEC 42001-aligned AI Management Systems (AIMS) for enterprise and government clients; leading AI risk assessment, model controls, ethics policy, explainability, and compliance with APRA, Privacy Act, and emerging AI-specific regulations • Responsible AI operationalisation — translating principles of fairness, accountability, and transparency into enterprise AI operating models; establishing risk-tiering frameworks, audit trails, and board-ready AI governance reporting • Regional practice P&L — expanding revenue, delivery capability, and strategic client relationships across APAC and MEA Operating at CEO and board level on AI strategy — translating ambition into architecture, governance, and measurable outcomes.
