Auchan Retail Org Chart & Organizational Structure

Auchan Retail, the global retail group headquartered in France and operating the Auchan hypermarket and supermarket network, is led by Chairman Fabien DERVILLE. Under the Chairman's office, Patrice Moulin serves as Deputy Managing Director. The organization is structured across six core functions: Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Compliance, and Supply Chain. Within Operations, David GUILLUY serves as Deputy General Director, Operations, for Auchan Retail France. The Finance function is led by Chief Financial Officer Ludovic DELCLOY, who oversees a team that includes CFO Xavier de Mezerac, Anne-Pascale Picq Charles (CFO, Director of Finance and Management Control for Auchan Retail France), and Caroline Cannizzaro, the Chief Financial Transformation Officer.
