Responsible for developing and executing a high-performance information technology and digital strategy, ensuring business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development capabilities are aligned for the needs of the business today and in the future.

Responsibilities: I manage risk management functions for multiple business plants, facilities, and fire safety operations. I oversee special access programs, supervise classified information, process security clearances, direct foreign travel security, regulate visitor processing, and authorize/control foreign visitors. I establish and maintain compliance with Defense Industrial Security Program standards through security audits and inspections. I partner with security leaders and staff to discuss and execute best practices regarding networking security. Key Accomplishments: • Oversaw the development and execution of global security strategy to meet Bell and Government Security requirements while safeguarding classified information/materials, complying with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) regulations, and enhancing protection/training for assets, facilities, and employees: ◦ Executed crisis management strategies for the safe evacuation of personnel from high-threat regions like Iraq and Israel during critical incidents. • Directed overall strategy, creation, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise security initiatives in a $4B worldwide corporation with locations spanning Mexico, Canada, Western Europe, Iraq, China, Australia and Southeast Asia. • Revamped security organizations for optimal functionality and boosted efficiency by executing various security protocols and processes by utilizing vast domestic and international security experience. • Steered revitalization efforts for a disorganized group, resulting in DCSA recognition for exceptional performance.
