- Manage the group finance IS&IT group (150 M€) and finance regional controllers (8 direct FTEs) - Built, manage and follow up the execution of the group IS/IT Budget strategy with key digitalization complex projects (≥45 M€) - Implemented a service catalog implementation for intragroup IT services (based on TCO method) - Reinforced finance controls and procedures through a finance IT handbook to operational teams and finance controllers on main finance processes - Simplified monthly reporting process and reduced time to issue report and analysis to CIO and operational teams

Member of the France Executive Team, driving large-scale digital transformation programs across operations and IT. I’m working to deliver major process harmonization and digitalization (Order to Cash, Time & Expense, Scheduling) to improve efficiency and collaboration across divisions. In parallel, I’m leading initiatives to enhance the digital customer experience, including the modernization of our client portal.
