Cencora’s organizational leadership is helmed by Robert Mauch, who serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, and is complemented by Steve Collis as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors. Reporting to Mauch, the company’s executive team spans several key functions, beginning with the Finance function, which is led by James F. Cleary, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and supported by Amedeo De Risi, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Global Pharmaceutical Services. Additionally, the Information Technology function is overseen by Pawan Verma, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Data and Information Officer. Within this IT division, the Information Security sub-function is directed by Edmond Mack, who serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer.
