As the Deputy CISO at Haleon, a global consumer healthcare company, I spearheaded the establishment of a robust cybersecurity organization, driving the successful separation from GSK and public listing. My focus on security architecture, engineering, and operations enabled the seamless migration of corporate applications to a cloud-first design, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and resilience. Prior to joining Haleon, I held strategic leadership roles at Voya Financial and Cigna Healthcare, where I concentrated on security engineering and operations, shaping comprehensive IT strategies and plans, conducting security evaluations, and implementing cutting-edge security solutions. I led global teams of security professionals across multiple regions and domains, successfully building, integrating, and transforming security capabilities and cultures. I also hold a strong commitment to industry collaboration, actively participating in working groups and advising cybersecurity startups and venture capital firms.
