• Achieved outstanding ticket sales success by finishing in the top two in NBA attendance 15 of 17 seasons, with a win record of less than .500 during that time, while leading the league ten of those years with a sellout streak of 315 games from 2009-17 and generating a season ticket wait list of over 10,000 names. • Generated almost a billion dollars in ticket sales revenue over seventeen years, an average of $55M per season, with a franchise high of $100M in the 2016-17 season (41 wins). • Hired, trained, mentored and advanced the careers of more than 250 Inside Sales Reps., Ticket Execs. and Managers. The NBA’s Team Marketing and Business Operations Executives continue to use the Bulls Inside Sales Program as a model for league-wide best practices. • Helped create and launch a designated service team of 5 Account Service Executives in 2017 which has proven essential in exceeding our STH retention goal each year through legendary service and experiences. • Led the weekly Ticket Sales Task Force, a meeting of Dept. heads and managers from Business Strategy and Analytics, Marketing, Digital and Technology, to collaboratively support maximizing ticket sales. Together, we introduced new ticket products and promotional strategies, redesigned our group ticket fundraising program, evolved our Season Ticket Early Renewal and Early Access campaigns, increased lead generation and engagement through Digital platforms, and much more. • Evaluated our ticket sales processes on a regular basis (i.e. guiding principles, hustle metrics, goals, routines, technology, training, recognition and staffing) to ensure the Department’s constant progress and operation at optimal efficiency to maximize productivity and results. • Worked jointly with Business Strategy and Analytics on topics ranging from ticket pricing, testing new ticket products, pipeline management, KORE Ticketing, managing distressed inventory and the annual two-year Ticket Department strategic plan.
