Full global division P&L responsibility, segment reported to NYSE. ExCom member, direct report to CEO. Successfully turned the division around to gain market share and post high single digit profitable growth in the first 4 years.

I’m responsible for leading Coty’s global E2E supply chain through a hands-on approach to foster collaboration in pursuit of delivering exceptional results while simultaneously advancing our sustainability goals.

In charge of Coty Prestige division from the brand side - managing all teams, from Brands to Métiers d'Excellence. My role is to animate and lead a collective of talents dedicated to crafting the stories of our brands and express their full potential; explore new ventures and work hand-in-hand with all our partners.
