Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), participate in the development of the company's financial strategy and objectives, ensure that the finance department is aligned with the overall company strategy, and provide strategic advice on financial matters. Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the company's finance department, including budgeting, fund management, accounting and financial reporting, etc., to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and provide timely and accurate financial data and performance analysis to senior management to support senior decision making. Analyze and assess the financial risks that the company may face and formulate corresponding risk management strategies to ensure the company's financial soundness and sustainable development. Communicate with investors, analysts and other external stakeholders, answer their questions about the company's financial situation, and maintain the company's image and reputation. Ensure that the company's financial activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards, as well as corporate governance requirements. Continuously improve and optimize financial systems and processes to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Work closely with other departments to ensure the consistency of financial work with the overall company strategy.
