TotalEnergies Org Chart & Organizational Structure

TotalEnergies, a major integrated energy company, is led by Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Pouyanné. Reporting directly to the CEO are several senior executives, including Bernard Pinatel, who serves as President of Downstream and President of Marketing & Services, and Aurelien Hamelle, President of Strategy & Sustainability and Director General of Strategy and Sustainable Development. Within the Finance function, Jean-Pierre Sbraire serves as Chief Financial Officer, with Xavier Bonnet and Angel Bermudez also holding the title of Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Theophane Fievet is Chief Financial Officer and General Secretary of TotalEnergies Biogaz France. The Information Technology function is led by Frédéric Gimenez, who is Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director of the TotalEnergies Digital Factory. Under his leadership, Olivier Lacroze is President of TotalEnergies Global IT Services, and Frédérique Simonnet is Chief Information Officer for Marketing & Services. Within the IT organization, sub-functions include Data Management and Analytics, where Michel Lutz serves as TotalEnergies Chief Data Officer and Renata Alves Santos as Deputy Chief Data Officer; Information Security, with jean-dominique nollet as Global Chief Information Security Officer; and Enterprise Architecture, with Elhadi Boucharab as Chief Technology Officer. The Compliance function includes Alexandre Job as Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Compliance & Legal Risk Management, and Alexis d'Ussel as Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Compliance at TotalEnergies Global IT Services (TGITS). In the Operations function, Marion Doublet is Chief Operating Officer of BeMo, and Pierre-Alexandre Vigil is Chief Operating Officer for Europe Electromobility. The Human Resources function is led by Catherine Remy, who serves as President of People & Social Engagement and is a member of the Executive Committee.
