Here, I played a pivotal role in major litigation teams, providing strategic legal guidance to navigate high-stakes challenges. With a passion for fostering positive workplace dynamics, I then assumed the role of Director of Labor Relations, where I worked closely with trade unions and spearheaded organizational transformations. My ability to build bridges and drive change became my hallmark. I was Director of an affiliate of TotalEnergies dedicated to international mobility for 4 years. In this capacity, I lead a talented team to facilitate the seamless movement of our professionals around the world, enhancing our global reach and effectiveness. Today, I serve as Chief Compliance Officer of TotalEnergies & VP Compliance and Legal Management with several challenges ahead.
