Responsible for global IT infrastructure, multi-vendor cloud, digital workplace, merger and acquisition, divestiture along with digital operations. Lead the team of strategists, architects and operations leaders to deliver next generation services, tools and technology for business. Leads the Brand Governance team responsible for managing all aspects of the iconic GE brand, including legal enforcement and management of a global trademark portfolio and quality control for a portfolio of trademark licenses. Administers licensing agreements to maintain high standards of product safety and quality for licensed products. Maintains and develops the vision for the future of the GE Brand and provides strategic planning for a robust brand governance program and brand guidelines to protect and enhance the value of the GE Brand.

-In addition to responsibilities as GE Aviation CIO, managed Group CIO responsibilities for General Electric with accountability to GE Board of Directors to all aspects of General Electric’s cybersecurity risk management program. -Responsible for 2,000 Corporate IT employees and over $1B of Corporate IT spend to deliver 193 centralized services to GE Healthcare, GE Vernova and GE Aerospace. Transformed organization by reducing headcount 75% in 12 months through outsourcing, transfers, and restructuring. -Oversaw >$1B program to restructure Digital Technology function as GE company separated into three independent, standalone, investment grade companies. -Managed operations of over 10,000 servers, 8 datacenters, 315k personal computers, 1,100 applications and 1,790 global sites supporting over 200,000 users.
