I believe sustainable change depends not just on systems, but on the people who use them. That's why I emphasize operating models, talent development, and team capability alongside technical change. My background includes enterprise infrastructure, insurance and reinsurance data, analytics, cybersecurity, vendor management, and financial systems—primarily in highly regulated environments. I bring experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, and have led initiatives from general ledger overhauls to AI-ready data strategies. I also hold a US patent (US8121913-B2), reflecting my commitment to practical innovation. My focus is always on building the capabilities—technical, operational, and organizational—that move the business forward.
