#Collaborating with the senior management team in improving and executing strategies and processes, accomplishing corporate goals and profitability. #P&L Responsibility: Steering all financial transactions, reporting of financial forecasts (including Annual Operating Plans) and responsibility to deliver the same,This involved maintaining product profitability, overhead management, reduction in trade spends and optimizing the EBITDA to PAT. #Financial Analysis & Management Accounting: Overall control the Monthly book closure with detailed variance analyses, presentations of management accounts involving treatment of multiple layers of inter-company transactions. #Sales Business Partnering: Steering of SKU-wise sales plans using trend analysis, seasonality factors and marketing inputs flowing into financial forecasts. Budgeting for trade investments, assisting in preparation of promotional plans with cost benefit analysis. #Supply Chain Business Partnering: Maintaining SKU-level product profitability and for pricing/rationalisation recommendations, assisting in bottleneck management using master BOM analysis, Yield analysis and control backend operations of trading and material sourcing activities. #Working Capital Optimization Ensuring effective working capital management and optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of corporate goals #Manage and control banking relationships, liaising with banks for funds and non-funds based facilities like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee,OD. #Develop a high performing and engaged team that is capable of thinking ahead of Curve. #Reporting variances vs. budgets and forecast. Adverse variances are discussed in detail with various stack holders for corrective actions. #Managed Statutory Audits, State payables and related returns & Transfer pricing compliances. #Active participation in maintaining an effective internal control system, and compliance with auditors relating to internal & external audit.
