Eric Puleo, Sr Director Information Security, will also assume the role of Chief Information Security Officer effective immediately. In his new role, Eric will be responsible for CMC’s information security function, including strategy, planning, projects, awareness, operations, controls, and governance. He will continue to be involved with IT Technologies, Engineering and Operations to reduce our overall security risk posture. Lead the global enterprise IT organization, driving a multiyear technology modernization and process standardization through an SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. Define and execute an enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives to scale global operations, foster innovation, and enhance customer service. Oversee IT operations with a focus on cost efficiency, cybersecurity, and risk management. Build and develop a diverse, high-performing IT team while managing strategic vendor partnerships and maintaining full P&L accountability for IT investments and operations.
