The Head of Global Digital and IT Operations is a critical leadership role within the leadership team, overseeing all Digital and IT operations across the entire organization. It includes all (End User, Infrastructure, Business, SAP, Cybersecurity) Operations, Services and projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure IT services align with the business objectives of the organization. My understanding and knowledge of the organization is a key asset in this position. I have extensive experience in managing large-scale IT operations and possess a strong technical background. I’m proactive and results-oriented professional to navigate through the complexities of a global organization with capabilities to foster a culture of excellence and change within the Digital and IT operations team. This position develops and implements a clear vision and comprehensive Digital & IT roadmap and project plan for Digital & IT Operations, aligning with other Digital & IT Leaders. It drives continuous improvement in IT service delivery and operational excellence. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to data privacy, security, and quality management.

Full P&L responsibility for the US and Canadian organizations across Ipsen’s therapeutic areas: Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience. Chair the North America Leadership Team and oversee functions across the enterprise including: Sales, Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, Patient Services, Regulatory, Legal, Government Affairs, Operations, Digital, Corporate Affairs & New Product Planning. Member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Portfolio Committee and Deal Review Board.
