As the Global Chief Accounting Officer (and SEC principal accounting officer), I have oversight of JLL's entire controllership function of nearly 400.

As of May, 2019, I am serving as a member of the Board of Directors at JLL.

As the Global Chief Marketing Officer, I am responsible for JLL's global marketing strategy and overseeing all marketing and communications activities worldwide.

As Chief Technology Officer at JLL, I'm responsible for our global technology strategy, product roadmap and delivery. I oversee a centralized engineering group of more than 1,000 team members within JLL Technologies (JLLT), our business division dedicated to commercial real estate technology and AI. I joined JLL in 2020 as Chief Data Officer, helping accelerate our approach to leveraging data assets across businesses to create new value for investors and occupiers. Drawing upon my experience, including leading StubHub's data strategy, I focus on turning data into competitive advantage. Since becoming CTO in 2023, I've evolved our AI strategy to elevate JLL as a leader in generative and agentic AI for commercial real estate. Under my leadership, we launched JLL Falcon, a next-generation AI platform housing all our AI capabilities. I also led development of JLL GPT, the first large language model purpose-built for CRE, plus client-facing tools like Azara AI and Property Assistant. True to my belief that collaboration sparks innovation, I implemented an annual hackathon within my first year. This brings together technical and non-technical employees to develop ideas into technologies, producing game-changing solutions like JLL's Carbon Pathfinder, recognized on Fast Company's 2023 "Next Big Things in Tech" list. I'm passionate about upskilling the next generation of technology leaders and advocate strongly for training and development at JLL. In 2025, I influenced the launch of APEX – AI-Powered Engineering Excellence, an enablement program designed to make engineers future-ready by integrating AI tools across their processes and workflows.
