As Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at Kyndryl, I am responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that protects critical assets, strengthens organizational resilience, and enables secure growth for the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider. In this role I am responsible for establishing and operationalizing a forward-looking, resilient security posture that enables strategic business growth, innovation, and global digital transformation. • Built and scaled a global cybersecurity organization from inception following Kyndryl’s separation, establishing governance, operating models, and security capabilities to support a multinational enterprise operating across 60+ countries. • Modernized security operations and incident response capabilities, improving detection, response, and recovery through automation, threat intelligence integration, and standardized global processes. • Established a comprehensive human risk and security awareness program, driving measurable improvements in employee reporting behavior, phishing resilience, and overall cyber hygiene across a globally distributed workforce. • Integrated network security, operations, and cloud infrastructure under the CISO organization, improving security alignment, operational effectiveness, and efficiency across enterprise technology platforms.
