Lonza, the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, is led by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Wolfgang Wienand. The organization structure includes several key business units and executive functions reporting to the CEO. Under the Information Technology function, the company has a Group Chief Information Officer, Jerzy Janeczko. Within this IT group, the Enterprise Architecture sub-function is led by Executive Director of Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Mark Holcroft, while the Information Security sub-function is headed by Chief Information Security Officer Igor Brodnik. The Legal function is directed by Andreas Bohrer, Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer and Executive Committee member. The Operations function is led by Jason Berndt, Head of Group Operations and member of the Lonza Executive Committee. Maria Soler Nunez serves as Chief Quality Officer under the Quality Control function. The Finance function is headed by Group Chief Financial Officer Philippe Deecke. The Human Resources function is led by Chief Human Resources Officer Nicoleta Baumgaertner, a member of the Executive Committee.
