At MSD I was leading the commercialization for Merck's biologics & vaccine's novel facilities network and was accountable for several novel facilities. At Novartis I was heading the Sandoz business in Austria and was responsible for the Biologics Drug Substance Sites located in Austria, Germany, France, Slovenia/Switzerland and Singapore. During my assignments for Bayer and Schering, I established new sites in North and South America to launch and broaden new biotech products and biosimilars. In all my positions I was leading large-scale, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams up to thousands of people. As a leader, I believe my most important job is to find and enable talent, set clear targets and offer people an environment to grow, where they can deliver their best work.
