Lead the Provider Solutions Growth Office, a national organization responsible for new-business growth across community oncology, health systems, ambulatory infusion, remote sales, and a broad range of specialty provider markets. Our markets include practices administering or prescribing infused, injectable, and oral specialty medications across oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology and retina, allergy, pulmonary, cardiology, dermatology, and other community-based specialties. Lead an integrated commercial model spanning: National business development and market expansion Growth strategy and organizational transformation Revenue Operations supporting both new business and field account management Sales enablement, coaching, and new-hire field readiness Business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and performance measurement Sales operations and operating cadence Field and competitive intelligence Digital-product management, creative capabilities, and sales technology Responsible adoption of AI-enabled commercial capabilities Commercial customer onboarding and transition management My mandate extends beyond producing current-year growth. It includes determining where and how we compete, translating market opportunity into account-level execution, developing leaders, creating organizational capacity, and building the operating system required to sustain performance over time. This work has contributed to the strongest new-business performance in Provider Solutions history, along with improved seller productivity, stronger win rates, larger and more complex opportunities, greater performance visibility, deeper leadership capacity, and more consistent execution.

Executive leadership responsibility for 225 direct sourcing professionals for global branded, generic and OTC pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities include ClarusONE, a $5B generic pharmaceutical sourcing consortium joint venture with Walmart, global private label Rx business and Canadian strategic procurement operation. P&L responsibility for NorthStar Rx, Sivem and SKY Packaging, McKesson's $1B private label, high growth generic pharmaceutical businesses.
