Global head of Digital Workplace - Leading initiatives across Messaging & Collaboration Platforms, Enterprise Mobile Device Management, Client Computing and Custom Digital Workplace Solutions. Oversee a diverse team of approximately 150 professionals, including analysts, architects, people managers and Department heads. Drive strategic direction, manage budget allocations, and foster innovation to enhance workplace productivity and collaboration.

Lead a Value Team accountable for Data Marketplace, Master Data Management, Data Governance and Data Quality, encompassing the following key activities: •Design and implement the Enterprise Data Enablement initiative to drive Data Transformation at Merck, under the CTO area. Work hand in hand with Divisions to co-create a sustainable and agile roadmap, with the goal to break silos and share data across the company, following quality standards, governance processes and compliance procedures. •Design the organization structure with the right competencies to establish the CoE, mixing internal and external talents. Implement a proper sourcing strategy to leverage external partners thoughtful leadership and execution. •Implement the Data Management and Governance Engagement Model with the divisions and global functions, so a proper demand and adoption team act as focal point to simplify communication and alignment with key stakeholders. •Design and implement the Enterprise MDM Strategy to modernize the platform, streamline MDM processes with business and offer a better experience for stewards on curating master data. Customer and Product Domains are top priorities as they connected with Digital Transformation to improve Customer engagement Omni Channel. •Manage budget and portfolio, aligning the demands with divisions and prioritizing it in quarterly basis, through agile Program Increment sessions. Accountable for quarterly OKRs, where some of them are co-shared with divisions teams. •Partnering with different areas of technology such as AI/ML, automation and DevOps to bring innovation to Data Management. Work in a matrix environment influencing and negotiating dependencies with other teams to achieve OKRs •Establish and monitor a Customer Success Plan with key vendors that support the current technology stack, as well as create a partnership strategy with key Consulting Companies supporting the EDE Strategy delivery.
