SVP-level digital and technology executive in global biopharma manufacturing and supply chain, delivering measurable value from transformation at scale in regulated operations (GxP). I currently serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital/Technology leader at Merck & Co., Inc., accountable for a ~$1B-class technology and capital portfolio, and I also lead the Business Transformation Office—aligning strategy, governance, and execution across operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain. A central focus of my work is industrializing AI in manufacturing and supply chain—moving from pilots to production to drive step-change performance (planning and scheduling, inventory and service, predictive reliability, faster root-cause investigation, yield/throughput optimization, and end-to-end visibility), while strengthening compliance, cybersecurity, and data foundations. I’m known for translating complex technology into business outcomes, building and scaling high-performing global teams, and executing with disciplined operating rhythms—modernizing platforms (ERP/MES/data), advancing automation and digital operations, and delivering transformation with clear KPIs and value realization.
