Global CIO and VP I was promoted to lead Nordson on technology modernization transformation at a global scale, partnering with 13 businesses worldwide: driving growth and efficiency strategies. I am a member of the Executive Leadership Team and focus on all aspects of IT including vendor management and procurement, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, compliance, applications, acquisitions and digital strategies. ✓ TRANSFORMATION TO GROWTH-FOCUSED IT ORGANIZATION: Led a global re-organization initiative to direct resources towards growth and strategic projects. Among other initiatives, I am shifting 45% of break/fix support resources and 90% of hardware replacement resources to strategic technology initiatives and formed the AI Governance Committee. ✓ STREAMLINED, EFFICIENT ORGANIZATION: Reduced the backlog of IT projects by 80% through CI activities to simplify and streamline. ✓ SHORTENED INTEGRATION TIMELINE: Leading the technology side of business M&A initiatives and developing a playbook to aide in cutting integration time from multiple years to 12-18 months. ✓ MATURING SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE: I hired a CISO, dedicated team focus on decreasing security vulnerabilities by 25% and drove compliance findings down 80% in the first year through multiple initiatives including building a high-achieving cybersecurity team, hardening efforts and implementing global compliance training. ✓ BUILT CULTURE OF LEARNING AND HIGH PERFORMANCE: Partnered with HR to align roles with career paths and coaching to ensure that my team is keeping pace with the ever-changing technology landscape.
