As President & CEO of NSAWMF, I’m honored to lead a national nonprofit dedicated to making mental fitness a core pillar of athletic success — on and off the field. Co-founded with former NFL Pro Sammy Knight and licensed psychologist Dr. Jei Pearcey, NSAWMF exists to support the whole athlete at every level of sport. Our work bridges science, coaching, and community to help athletes strengthen their minds, navigate pressure, and perform at their highest level — while also equipping the ecosystem around them: parents, coaches, schools, sponsors, and advocates. This mission is deeply personal for me. As a former Division I football player at the University of Colorado, my path was forever changed by a career-ending knee injury at age 19. That moment — though painful — became a turning point. It fueled my recovery and helped shape my trajectory as a business leader, eventually rising to the executive ranks leading customer experience and transformation at scale. Now, I’m bringing that same drive and insight to help athletes navigate their own turning points — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. While my day-to-day remains rooted in corporate leadership, NSAWMF reflects my deeper purpose: giving back through service, storytelling, and systems that help athletes thrive in sport and in life.
