As COO of retail lending and head of partnership and alliances, I lead the largest digital lending platform in India, with over 15 million consumer and merchants across segments and geographies disbursing average monthly volume of 4000 Crores. I oversee strategic initiatives across compliance, sales and product management, distribution channels, and commercial arrangements with lending partners. With a focus on comprehensive P&L and portfolio quality management through lending partnerships, I manage a diverse portfolio including BNPL, consumer and merchant loans, and secured lending. My responsibilities span the CLM of digital lending, from onboarding, growth, servicing, marketing, distribution, and collections. A significant aspect of my role revolves around driving technology and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer UI/UX and enable real time decision making. I am deeply involved in creating and optimizing digital platforms that streamline processes and provide customers with seamless access to financial services. I mentor cross functional verticals in financial services.

Led technology governance, production resilience, regulatory audit readiness, and operational compliance for PPSL. Oversaw regulatory tech compliance across RBI licensing, ITGC, PCI DSS, and VAPT audit frameworks. Strengthened platform trust models to align with financial services licensing and operational resilience standards.
