I lead Technology at Paytm Payments Services Limited (PPSL), where I work with teams building systems that enable millions of merchants to accept payments securely, reliably, and at scale.My career has largely been spent building and operating large-scale technology platforms in payments and financial services. Over time, I’ve come to appreciate that sustainable technology is not just about innovation—it is equally about reliability, simplicity, operational discipline, and trust.I enjoy working on complex systems, improving resilience, simplifying architecture, and helping teams navigate growth and change. Much of my recent focus has been on applying AI in practical ways across engineering and operations, particularly where it can improve decision-making, software delivery, observability, and system reliability.What continues to motivate me is solving meaningful problems at scale while building organizations that can adapt, learn, and execute consistently in rapidly changing environments.Areas of interest include Payments, Financial Infrastructure, AI-Native Engineering, Distributed Systems, Platform Architecture, Reliability Engineering, and Technology Leadership.
