Gestion et pilotage du processus de Due Diligence dans son ensemble. - Comptabilité : Comptes sociaux, liasses fiscales, relations CAC, gestion des intragroupes. - Structuration : Service financier et services supports, recrutement, management, passage d’un fonctionnement unilatéral à un fonctionnement centralisé (ERP, reportings, process).
