Leads vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of Product Security and information security for this spin-off of Honeywell that provides room air temperature, quality, and humidity control and security systems. Respected across the organization for highly high ethics and integrity. • Managed the entire spin-off of the cyber security function from Honeywell and established a high-performance cybersecurity team including 40+ professionals with expertise in Governance and compliance, architecture, assurance, security engineering, tools and technology, and business liaisons. • Assumed a lead role in managing strategic roadmaps for enterprise security, including product security. Provides updates to the executive team and Board of Directors while overseeing end-to-end product security, data privacy, and information security • Accelerated completing training and certifications across team members to cultivate a strong and effective workforce. Worked with development teams to integrate cybersecurity into the Agile development process. • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity throughout the organization, managing Governance and enforcing compliance with GDPR, PCI, CCPA, and RED - Positions cybersecurity as a business enabler. • Improved security posture by establishing Blue Team, Red Team, and Bug Bounty programs (CPA score 2.9, better than the industry average of 2.5) • Conduct annual Incident Response Table-top exercises with management and executives, and define a plan to improve security posture continuously • Engage third parties to assess Integrated Supply Chain to enhance and establish robust supply chain security • Established Shift Left, Automation, and simplification of cybersecurity to reduce Time to Market.
