In my role as Chief Information Officer at Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited, I lead their digital transformation initiatives including modernizing core technology platforms, cloud adoption, re-platforming Policy & Claims systems, building a cloud-native Data platform, and introducing new ways of working in business-led IT. I manage a team of 200+ technology professionals, overseeing the development and implementation of digital roadmaps to enhance business value from technology, resulting in improved efficiency and reliability of IT systems.
I'm a member of the Group's Technology Shared Services Board and serve as their ambassador on Fintech & Innovation councils. I also actively contribute to the global Architecture and Data/AI community of practice and the global CTO forum.
