This was achieved through technical evaluation of multiple solutions, robust solution architecture design and strong stakeholder management / negotiations with Yum! India based on a complex relationship & contractual obligation.
- enhancing the consumer journey on the digital assets and building key features on the digital platforms. Moved the digital assets to ensure high availability to handle high volumes of transaction during peak seasons/periods.
- stabilising & enhancing the SAP HANA ERP system that was implemented a few years prior to meet expectations of key business functions.
