Head-Strategy Responsible for designing strategy for highly successful multi channel distribution model for SBI Life-Bancassurance, Retail Agency, Corporate Agency and Online. Change Management, Process Improvement, Driving performance through design and measurement of right performance metrics are key requirements of current role. Improve existing business practices and design new innovative business practices to achieve sustainable and highly productive sales force. Team is divided by channels and separate department for change management with experienced professional heading each vertical.

Member of the Executive Committee responsible for formulating the overall business strategy for the organisation covering distribution,products, risk management, operations process and people development. Geographic responsibility for governance and managing business P&L.

As President & Chief Financial Officer (P&CFO) mainly focusing on Financial Performance, Corporate Strategy, Managing & executing the strategic plans, Corporate Governance including Shareholder reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Investor Relations & Operational excellence. I. Member in the Board Investment Committee, Board CSR Committee, Board With Profit Committee and permanent invitee to Board Audit, Board Risk, Board Policy Holder Protection Committees & Board of Director of the Company. II. Developed IPO strategy and value journey to ensure success at every stage ; III. Formulation of strategy for successful divestment to enhance shareholder value. Instrumental in process initiation to the Identification and considering needs and perspectives of potential buyers like private equity, sovereign wealth funds, deep understanding of valuation of the Company, articulating a compelling value and growth story; IV. Key mediator between the shareholders and regulatory bodies to meet the expectations and maintain the fine balance in order to meet the regulatory compliance; V. Responsibility includes for Designing, implementation and management of all areas of Compliance & Governance as per various Regulatory guidelines & norms stipulated by IRDAI, Companies Act, Insurance Act, and various other Statutes. VI. Performance Management which involves constant monitoring of actual performance vis-à-vis plans for each line of business and under different model of distribution to ensure proper and timely execution to achieve the Dashboard of the Company. VII. Handling strategic investors and shareholders relationship and clear communication of the Company’s performance and future strategy.
