State Bank of India Org Chart & Organizational Structure

State Bank of India's organizational structure is headed by Chairman Challa Setty. Reporting directly to the Chairman are several key executives and business functions. Under the "Others" function, the leadership includes Managing Director (Corporate Banking & Subsidiaries) Ashwini Tewari, along with Deputy Managing Directors Rajesh Kumar (Retail, Agriculture and SME), Shamsher Singh Mann (Global Markets, heading Transaction Banking & New Initiatives), Arvind Kumar Singh (Retail Private Banking and Real Estate), Kishore Kumar Poludasu (IBG), Satyendra Kumar Singh (Commercial Clients Group II, Corporate Centre Mumbai), Ramesh Srinivas Rao (Commercial Clients Group I, Corporate Centre Mumbai), and chandershekhar sharma (Transaction Banking & New Initiatives). The Operations function is led by Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Binod Kumar Mishra, with Shiva Om Dikshit serving as Deputy Managing Director under him. The Information Technology function is headed by Balaji Rajagopalan as Chief Technology Officer, who oversees Deputy Managing Director of Information Technology Satish Rao, the Information Security sub-function led by Group Chief Information Security Officer Murli Nambiar, and the IT Operations Management (ITOM) sub-function. Within ITOM, the IT Infrastructure sub-function is managed by Chief General Manager Anil Tembhe. The Compliance function includes Deputy Managing Director and Group Compliance Officer Parminder Singh. The Finance function is led by Deputy Managing Director of Finance Anindya Sunder Paul, with the Internal Audit sub-function under Deputy Managing Director Rajeev Kumar (Internal Audit Department, Corporate Centre, Hyderabad). Finally, the Risk Management function is led by Deputy Managing Director and Group Chief Risk Officer Baldev Prakash.
