State Bank of India’s organizational structure is headed by Chairman Challa Setty. Reporting to the Chairman are several key job functions, each with its own leadership and sub-functions. Under the "Others" function, the bank has Managing Director for Corporate Banking and Subsidiaries Ashwini Tewari; Deputy Managing Director for Retail, Agriculture and SME Rajesh Kumar; Deputy Managing Director Shamsher Singh Mann, who heads Global Markets at CC Mumbai and the Transaction Banking & New Initiatives vertical; Deputy Managing Director for Retail Private Banking and Real Estate Arvind Kumar Singh; Deputy Managing Director (IBG) Kishore Kumar Poludasu; Deputy Managing Director for Commercial Clients Group II, Corporate Centre Mumbai Satyendra Kumar Singh; Deputy Managing Director for Commercial Clients Group I, Corporate Centre Mumbai Ramesh Srinivas Rao; and Deputy Managing Director chandershekhar sharma, leading Transaction Banking & New Initiatives. Under the "Operations" function, Binod Kumar Mishra serves as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. Shiva Om Dikshit is a Deputy Managing Director within Operations, handling Channel Management at CC Mumbai. The "Information Technology" function includes Deputy Managing Director, Information Technology Satish Rao and Chief Technology Officer Balaji Rajagopalan. This function has two sub-functions. The "Information Security" sub-function is led by Group Chief Information Security Officer Murli Nambiar. The "IT Operations Management (ITOM)" sub-function includes the "IT Infrastructure" sub-function, where Anil Tembhe serves as Chief General Manager, IT Infrastructure. Under the "Compliance" function, Parminder Singh serves as Deputy Managing Director and Group Compliance Officer. The "Finance" function includes Deputy Managing Director, Finance Anindya Sunder Paul, and the "Internal Audit" sub-function is led by Rajeev Kumar, Deputy Managing Director, Internal Audit Department, Corporate Centre, Hyderabad. Finally, the "Risk Management" function is headed by Baldev Prakash, Deputy Managing Director and Group Chief Risk Officer.
