I stepped into the CSCO role, gaining end-to-end supply chain accountability in addition to all responsibilities from prior position. I also lead TBI’s New York-based Design and Global Sourcing team, NFR Procurement and Construction, Maintenance & Facilities for entire store fleet. My team is leading the charge to develop innovative and sustainable apparel products, increase speed-to-market and implement state-of-the-art technology. While here, I've delivered multiple millions in cost savings by improving total cost of the supply chain, tripled capacity in our fastest growing product segment (custom suiting) and supported the company through substantial, sustained growth.
