TD

TD is a financial services organization led by Group President and CEO Raymond Chun. Under his leadership, the company is organized into several key functions, including Information Technology, Risk Management, and Marketing. Information Technology is headed by Leo Salom, President and CEO of TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. Within this function, several leaders report directly to Salom, including Chief Information Officer Jennifer Weber, Chief Technology Officer Jim Grech, Aline Arslanian (CIO & SVP, Head of Engineering U.S.), Wayne S. (Managing Director, US CIO & Technology Integration Lead for TD Securities), and Kiran Vuppu (EVP, Chief Information Officer, TD Bank US). The Information Technology function includes three sub-functions: Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and Analytics, and Information Security. Within Enterprise Architecture, Nathan Young serves as Managing Director, Capital Markets Risk Management and Business Architect, and Lisa Lidsky is Managing Director and Head of US Non-Financial Risk Transformation, also leading Technology Transformation within that area. Data Management and Analytics is led by Sarita Bakst (SVP, Chief Data Officer), supported by Navdeep Brar (Managing Director and Vice President, Global Equities Technology and TDS Data Platform & Analytics) and Mackendy (Kenny) V. (Chief Data Officer). The Data Science sub-function under this area is led by Scott Nathan (Managing Director, Global Head of AML Detection, Data Science, and Innovation). Information Security is headed by Chief Information Security Officer Stephen Sparkes. Risk Management, another function under Raymond Chun, is led by Ajai Bambawale (Chief Risk Officer, Group), with Adam Newman serving as Chief Risk Officer, Grace Chiu as Managing Director of Operational Risk Management, and Stefanie Kirchheimer as Managing Director and SVP, Head of U.S. Insider, Conduct, and Fraud Risk Management. The Marketing function is led by Maja (Bogdanovic) Neable as Global Chief Marketing Officer, reporting directly to Group President and CEO Raymond Chun. Additionally, under Raymond Chun, the organization includes Marla Willner (Chief Operating Officer, Strategy, Commercial Bank), Bridget Lowell (Chief Communications Officer, U.S.), Kelvin Vi Luan Tran (Group Head and Chief Financial Officer), Taylan Turan (Chief Operating Officer), Paul Clark (Group Head, Wealth Management and TD Insurance), Melanie Burns (Chief Human Resources Officer), Erin Morrow (Chief Compliance Officer), and Russ Major (Chief Procurement Officer).
