As Deputy Global CISO and Regional CISO for North America and Asia Pacific, I lead security strategy, governance, and execution across a multinational enterprise operating in over 100 countries and servicing more than 170. I work closely with global and regional business leaders to enable growth while managing cyber risk, regulatory exposure, and operational resilience. I oversee distributed teams and security programs focused on: • Fostering a collaborative, security-aware culture rooted in trust, empathy, and shared accountability • Translating complex security risks into actionable insight for business leaders and global stakeholders • Cyber risk management and global policy alignment • Incident response and threat detection across multiple time zones • Regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001) I’m a strong believer in people-centered security leadership—grounded in emotional intelligence, transparency, and collaboration—while ensuring our security strategy supports business innovation at scale.

Contracts : Drafting and negotiation of the international commercial agreements for the CEMEA Region (Continental Europe Middle East and Africa); Drafting and negotiation of the Group supplier agreements; Drafting of the intercompany agreements (licensing agreements, services agreements, copyright assignment agreements) IP: Managing the intellectual property portfolio of the Group (trademarks, trade secrets, software, copyrights, domain names) Data Protection: Support on drafting and implementing the Binding Corporate Rules; Review of the Data Privacy Agreements (entered into with the clients and the suppliers) in compliance with the GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation) Others: Drafting (in collaboration with the Group Chief Legal Officer) of the Group Policy that provides for some guidelines for the negotiation of the commercial agreements and implementation of the Group Policy (on-going training of the sales, financial, legal teams, local chief executive officers of the CEMEA Region); Support of the subsidiaries located in the CEMEA Region from a legal standpoint; Support on Group legal projects
