The Home Depot's organizational structure places Ted Decker as Chair, President, and CEO at the top of the organization. Reporting directly to Ted Decker are several executives and business divisions. Angie Brown serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, heading the Information Technology function. Within IT, Chris Black holds the role of Chief Architect and Vice President, Information Technology, and Christopher Lanzilotta is the Chief Information Security Officer, operating under the Information Security sub-function. Richard McPhail is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Finance function. The Marketing function is led by Molly Battin, who serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, there are two Division Presidents who report to Ted Decker: Pete Capel and Kelly Mayhall, both holding the position of President, Division.
