Responsible for all of the company’s global businesses and integrated supply chain operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead global enterprise operations and supply chain performance across 26 manufacturing facilities. My role involves overseeing procurement, manufacturing, order services, transportation, safety, quality, service, and productivity. I manage 11 direct reports, with indirect leadership of ~7500. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 » Boosted plant schedule adherence from 35% to 69% and attainment from 40% to nearly 90% through Theory of Constraints and lean methodologies. » Delivered $150M in cost savings in 12 months and $20M in additional efficiency improvements via “Factory of the Future” initiatives. » Spearheaded implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, including MES, robotic weld cells, and digital visibility systems, enhancing plant efficiency, safety, and capacity. » Supported the commercialization of 260+ new products. 𝗠&𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 » Serve as a key member of Toro’s M&A team, supporting 6 acquisitions and 1 divestiture to date. » Delivered a $22M cash turnaround during one divestiture by identifying efficiencies, stabilizing retained operations, and converting a $10M loss into $5M in revenue.
