Chris Koch

Chris Koch is the Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Companies, Incorporated, a leading supplier of innovative building envelope products and solutions for more energy efficient buildings. Under Koch’s leadership, Carlisle executed a strategic pivot from a portfolio of general industrial businesses to a pure play building products company with a strong track record of generating superior returns for shareholders by delivering innovative energy-efficient, labor-saving, and environmentally responsible industry solutions. Chris remains focused on delivering shareholder value, superior capital allocation, driving strategic focus through Vision 2030, supporting the communities Carlisle serves, and maintaining an engaged board of directors and management team. In 2024, Carlisle Companies generated $5B in annual revenue and employed 5,500 people in 96 facilities. Chris has served as President and CEO since 2016, and as Chair since May 2020. As CEO, Chris led the launch and successful completion of Vision 2025, an ambitious plan for revenue and earnings growth highlighted by a focus on Carlisle’s highest performing building products businesses. Under Vision 2025 Carlisle nearly doubled revenue in its building products segments, more than doubled adjusted EBITDA in those segments, increased free cash flow by over 200%, and exceeded its earnings goal of over $15 per share three years ahead of the Vision 2025 target. More recently, Chris led the completion of Carlise’s strategic pivot to a more focused and simplified building products portfolio with best-in-class returns, and launched Vision 2030, the next phase in Carlisle’s growth journey. Prior to serving as Chair, President and CEO, Chris held a variety of leadership positions at Carlisle for more than a decade, including Carlisle’s Chief Operating Officer, and a Group President of Diversified Products Group, which was comprised of Carlisle’s Transportation Products, Brake and Friction Products, and Food Service Products businesses. Chris joined Carlisle in 2008 as the President of Carlisle’s Asia Pacific business, located in Shanghai, PRC. Before joining Carlisle, Chris had a successful ten-year career with Graco (NYSE: GGG). Chris is recognized for his focused and consistent leadership and has received recognition from Institutional Investor (Extel) as “Best CEO” in the Homebuilding and Building Product Industry category and Chief Executive of the Year in 2020 by W.P. Carey School’s Economic Club of Phoenix at Arizona State University.
