United Overseas Bank (UOB) is a Singapore-based financial institution with a leadership team structured across key functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Sustainability and ESG. Led by Chief Executive Officer Wee Ee Cheong, the organization also includes Richard Maloney, who serves as President and CEO within the Root function. Under the Human Resources function, Dean Tong serves as Managing Director and Head of Group Human Resources. Reporting to him are Song Ying Lee (Executive Director, Human Resources), Suzette Chew (Executive Director, Group Human Resources), Evelyn Wong (Executive Director, Group Human Resources), Keng Teck Lim (KT) (Managing Director, Human Resources), and Vikas V. (Managing Director, Human Resources). Within the Talent Management sub-function, Bryan Lim serves as Executive Director and Head of Group Talent & Development. The Information Technology function is led by Lawrence Goh, Head of Group Technology and Operations. Under him, Ratikant Sahu serves as Executive Director for Group Technology and Operations, Edrick Ho as Managing Director for Group Technology and Operations, Retail Digital, Albert Kho as Managing Director, Group Technology and Operations, and Deepak Mathur as Executive Director, Group Technology & Operations, Anti-Fraud. The Application Development sub-function includes a Blockchain division, headed by Khee Jin YONG as Executive Director of Blockchain & Digital Assets. Tobias Gondrom serves as Group CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and Managing Director under the Information Security sub-function. The Finance function is overseen by Group Chief Financial Officer Yung Chee Leong. Within this function, Hui Fang Ng serves as Vice President of Business Finance. Under the Treasury sub-function, Chiam Tat Ang holds the role of Executive Director of the Central Treasury Unit. The Corporate Finance sub-function includes a Financial Strategy division, with Stephen Lin serving as Executive Director, Financial Strategy. Federico Burgoni serves as Managing Director within the Strategy function. Under the Legal function, Jeffrey Beh holds the title of Managing Director, Company Secretary & Head, Group Legal and Secretariat. The Supply Chain function includes a Procurement sub-function, with Gillian Chua serving as Executive Director and Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, GTO. Eric Lim serves as Chief Sustainability Officer within the Sustainability and ESG function.
