Large transformation projects like core banking and data platform are underway. Multiple fresh Tie up with large technology partners like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Intelelct and fintech partners like Mindgate, Yubi, Flipkart, Upswing, Karza etc. Key achievements in technology are entire re-architecture of old technology stack to improve reliability and scalability, cloud first initiatives, API gateway and Open banking stack, AI engine rollout for internal process, low code platform for internal and external service orchestration, UI layer decouple to improve agility, hypervisor-based architecture modernisation, Secure Web gateway, setup of strong internal development team and RPA for operations process automation. Large projects like zero trust network setup and hollow the core are underway. Complete ownership of regulatory governance and security operations. Handled multiple regulatory audit without any major observations Managed attrition less than 5% level and IBA award for team management.
